Why does something cold cause pain in our teeth? What are the solutions?

sensitivity is what you have now I'm going to explain to you why it causes let's look at the to structure you have enamel on the top which has got no sensation that means anything hot cold anything there will be no sensation because there is no no fibers there the second layer is dentin which contains some no fibers so if enamel is not there and dentin is expose then you get that sensation with cold and then there is a heart of the truth which is pulp and if the sensation goes towards the pulp the sensation goes towards the pulp then you get pain with hot that is called pulpitis that is called inflammation in the pulp now what are the causes of enamel going cause number one is wrong brushing if you are brushing very hard where there is a hard brush medium brush or soft brush you are facing wrong brushing that can cause loss of enamel at the junction of gums and the tooth let's look at this here you can see there is a cavity here where the enamel is gone because of wrong brushing and once the enamel goes then the dentin the second layer is exposed and you get sensitivity the second reason is we all of us got habit of drinking colas lime juice buying alcohol that is acidic and that erodes the enamel and the dentin is exposed and when the dentin is exposed patient gets sensitivity the third reason is attrition when you close your mouth and grind your teeth at night.

the enamel wears on the chewing surface of the teeth that is called attrition and enamel goes away and the dentin is exposed then you get the sensation and the next is AB faction what is a fraction when you grind your teeth left and right left and right which happens at night after some time because of the flexion of the teeth the enamel just comes out at the junction of the tooth enamel and that is one more reason for sensitivity of teeth so varying off of enamel a going of enamel is called.

sensitivity the last region of sensitivity is recession of the gums you have all the good habits but due to age if there is a traumatic bite when you bite the bite is not correct the recession can take place which could be due to age also and the recession takes place and the roots are exposed as you see here if the roots are exposed that dentine in the roots can cause that sensitivity whether plaque accumulation cause or dentin cause there's always a confusion about that but the point is very simple for you people is when the gums receive down the dentin is exposed and that can give sensitivity I spoke about traumatic so when there's a traumatic bite that means when you close your mouth only one tooth is touching very high that can be sensitive on the truth and that diagnosis is very difficult because to look healthy but you complain of sensitivity and that sensitivity is due to traumatic bite so these are the different causes of sensitivity
