I've got mangoes as number one on my shopping list and I've got

5 reasons why you should - these delicious fruits are great tasting and great for you so let's get into it we're counting it down from five and starting off with good old fiber you've got yourself about 2.6 grams of dietary fiber per 1 cup of mangoes if you find yourself with a pretty stringing mango well first off you're probably going to want to wait until it's a bit riper and secondly you might be getting even more fiber than you think you need fiber to keep that digestive system doing its job and mango will help it do the trick moving on to

number 4 mangoes are going to provide plenty of vitamin C about 60 milligrams per serving while not as high in vitamin C as some citrus fruits mango is a great way to get the VC you need without being too acidic and

number 3 mango provides lots of vitamin A is good for vision health and proper bone growth that makes it a great snack for kids moving on to

number 2 mango is a great source of folic acid which is the B vitamin that offers plenty of health benefits getting your share of folic acid can help with treating certain forms of anemia a cup of mango will provide a little less than a quarter of your daily recommended folate intake personally I'd say the number one reason to eat mangoes is that they're so delicious but I'll try and keep it to the facts mangoes provide a good dose of your daily mineral intake you're getting good levels of potassium and iron potassium helps your heart nerves and muscles function properly and keeps you balanced iron helps your red blood cells properly transport oxygen throughout the body so that's mango I think I've actually got some frozen in my freezer and I'm feeling a mango smoothie do you do mango what do you think do you want to cover specific food in a future video add a comment and let us know in the meantime don't forget to subscribe and share thanks for watching and until next time
